Cancellation

After the initial 6-month commitment, membership may be canceled with a 30-day written notice. Refunds will not be issued for unused credits.

Non-Transferable:

Membership benefits and credits are exclusive to the member and cannot be gifted, transferred, or shared.

Membership Payments:

Membership fees are charged monthly to the payment method on file. Failed payments may result in a hold or cancellation of membership benefits until the account is brought current.

Price Adjustments:

Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated with prior notice to active members.

Refunds & Expiration:

Membership fees are non-refundable, and credits must be used within 18 months of accrual.

Appointment Policies:

Members are subject to Nostalgia Aesthetics' standard appointment cancellation and no-show policies. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeited credits or additional charges.
